It’s not unusual for Estes employees to stay with the company 25 years or longer. Why? Estes isn’t your average transportation company. Our pay and benefits are highly competitive. And although we’re the nation’s largest privately-held carrier, we still embrace our small-company roots. Teamwork is our way of life. So it’s really no surprise that so many people appreciate the stability and know-how found in a family-owned organization that’s been in business for 90 years. Are you ready to be part of Team Estes?

Drivers

Teamwork built on our family-inspired culture is a way of life at Estes. Just ask any of our 22,000 teammates. As an Estes Driver, you can expect highly competitive pay and benefits—plus the stability and know-how of a family-owned business that was founded in 1931.

Local drivers are the face of Estes — both on the road and in the communities we serve. In this role, you can start your days early and be home every night.

Over-the-Road (OTR) drivers are essential to keeping America going. Routes can change based on business needs but typically stay within a specific region. In many OTR roles, you'll have the freedom to be on the open road for several days at a time, with the opportunity to be home most nights.

If either of these sound like your kind of career, Estes is looking for drivers like you.
